If you are not happy with the product(s) received you may return them within 14 days and we will happily refund or exchange the item(s). Please contact us by email with your name, address, and invoice number, and we will issue a returns authorisation.
The product must be returned in a new condition as sold, with all original packaging.
Faulty goods can be returned for full credit or replacement at our discretion.
If the product is returned outside 14 days, a re-stocking fee will be issued (please contact our team for more information).
The cost of the carriage is non-refundable.
